General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for rental vehicle services

1 Scope of application and contractual basis
These GTC govern all agreements regarding the use of our rental vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles"). Deviating regulations require written confirmation

2.Prices and payment methods
All prices are quoted in euros and include the statutory VAT of 19%. Payment for services is made by bank transfer in advance, credit card or cash to the driver. When paying by credit card, the customer will be charged an additional 4% of the total amount for processing services.

3.Rental prices and services
The rental prices include driving services, fuel costs as well as parking and toll charges. The minimum rental period is two hours (except for the transfer to the airport). The service costs include 30 minutes waiting time at the airport and 15 minutes at other pick-up locations. Additional waiting time is charged hourly.

4.Smoking ban
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. However, the driver can schedule a suitable smoke break on request.

5 Liability for damages
Customers assume full financial liability for any damage caused by them or members of their party during the rental period. In the event of a mechanical breakdown during the charter, the company will replace the damaged vehicle with a vehicle of the same class.

6.Corporate responsibility
The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to weather, traffic or unsafe road conditions (such as natural phenomena, accidents, etc.). In the event of such occurrences, the company may withdraw from the contract without compensation. Liability is generally limited to the utilization of the statutory public liability insurance.

7. Cancellation conditions
The following fees apply in the event of cancelations:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before departure - Free of charge
- Cancellation within 7 days before departure - 25% of the price
- Cancellation within 2 days before departure - 50% of the price
- Cancellation within 24 hours before departure - 100% of the price
